Mobiliti is Queenstown Bank's safe and secure mobile and tablet banking application. Mobiliti enables anyone with Online Banking access to their account information from a mobile device, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mobile and Tablet Banking with Mobiliti

Mobiliti offers three ways to access your accounts. You can choose any or all of these options, depending on the capabilities of your mobile device. Your mobile phone provider may charge access fees or data usage fees to obtain web access or send and receive text messages. Check with your service carrier for more details on specific fees.

Can I use my iPhone or Android phone or tablet to access Mobiliti?

You sure can! The Mobiliti downloadable app is available in both the Google Play and Apple App Store. Text messaging and mobile browser can also be used. Message and data rates apply.

Can I use my regular flip phone or basic feature phone to access Mobiliti?

Absolutely! Most regular flip phones have the ability to text message and there are even a few with mobile browser capabilities. It all depends on the device. Message and data rates apply.

I use a Windows or Blackberry phone. Will that work with Mobiliti?

Most definitely! Both Windows and Blackberry devices can be used with Mobiliti. Message and data rates apply.

Mobiliti™App

Managing your bank accounts on the go has never been easier with our downloadable Mobiliti app.

Using the downloadable application, or App, you can:

  • Check account balances with instant balances
  • Review recent account activity
  • Make Mobile Deposits
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Pay bills and manage schedule payments
  • Send money to anyone with Popmoney
 

To use the downloadable App, your mobile device or tablet must have an operating system that supports applications downloads and may require a data service plan. The Queenstown Bank of Maryland Mobiliti App can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play stores. Message and data rates apply.

Mobiliti Enrollment

Enrolling is easy! Simply visit the Apple or Google Play store and search for Queenstown Bank of Maryland. Our Mobiliti application should display in your search results. Download the application to your mobile device or tablet. When completed, log into the application with your existing Online Banking logon credentials. After accepting Queenstown Bank's Terms and Conditions for mobile banking or tablet, you are all set!

How do I enroll in Online Banking?

Text Messaging Service

Using Short Message Service (SMS) text messaging, you can:

  • Check account balances.
  • Review recent account activity.
  • Find ATM and branch locations.

No smartphone required! All you need is a mobile device that is able to send and receive text messages. Most mobile devices are capable of sending and receiving text messages, so your phone is most likely compatible with Mobiliti. Message and data rates apply.

How to Enroll in the SMS Text Messaging service

Mobile Browser Service

Using the Mobile Browser Service, you can:

  • Check account balances.
  • Review recent account activity.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • Pay bills.
  • Change and cancel pending payments.
  • Use Popmoney to make person to person payments.
  • Find ATM and branch locations.

Don't have an Android or Apple device? No problem! You can still bank on your phone or tablet using the Mobile Browser Service. All you need is a mobile device or tablet with an Internet browser. A data service plan may also be required. During enrollment, Mobiliti will send you a website link via SMS text message that you will use to access the service. Message and data rates apply.

Is Mobiliti secure?

Mobiliti employs industry best practices with regards to security and offers the following security safeguards:

  • Authentication - Mobiliti Mobile Browser and Tablet Browser and App users are authenticated for every interaction with any Mobiliti component. Users are authenticated by user name and password.
  • Encryption - 128-bit encryption is used for all transactions within Mobiliti and other Fiserv solutions (e.g., core banking and payment systems).
  • Fraud - Mobiliti incorporates mechanisms such as transaction validation and transaction reconciliation processes to detect fraud.
  • Availability/Resilience - Mobiliti is protected against malicious attacks through software and server hardening measures.

Protect Your Mobile Device or Tablet

Is my personal financial information stored on my phone?

No. Mobiliti™ does not save any files with personal or financial information on your mobile device or tablet. That information stays strictly within Online Banking. However, some phones (like BlackBerry and Android) have logo and branding files that are copied to the mobile device or tablet. Those files do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Which accounts can I access using Mobiliti?

You can access any account you have set up in Online Banking. During enrollment, you select which account you want to access via your mobile device or tablet. If at any time you wish to add or remove accounts from view in Mobiliti, simply log into Online Banking and click on "Manage Devices" in Options.

How current is the account and transaction information?

When you view your account balance, you see the current available balance in your account. When you view transactions history, you see the most recently posted transactions to your account. Pending transactions do not display.

Can I add more than one mobile phone or tablet?

Yes. You can enroll several mobile devices or tablets for Mobiliti. To add a new phone, simply log into Online Banking and click on "Manage Devices" in Options.

What if my phone number changes?

If your mobile number changes, no problem. Simply update your device information by logging into Online Banking and click on "Manage Devices" in Options.

What if my phone or tablet is lost or stolen?

If your mobile device or tablet is stolen, no one can access your account without knowing your password. To prevent unauthorized access to your account, you can deactivate your phone by logging into Online Banking and clicking on "Manage Devices" in Options.

How do I stop using Mobiliti on my phone or tablet?

To stop using Mobiliti, simply log into Online Banking and click on "Manage Devices" in Options.

What if I get a new phone or tablet?

Getting a new phone or tablet is no problem. All you have to do is log into Online Banking and click on "Manage Devices" in Options. From the device manager, you can resend any of the links needed and/or download the application again to install on your new phone or tablet.

Which phones can I use for Mobiliti?

Hundreds of models are supported including these major brands: iPhone, BlackBerry, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Pantech, Samsung, Sanyo and Sony Ericsson. Phones on a number of different operating systems are supported including, but not limited to, Android, BlackBerry, iOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Linux, Palm webOS and Maemo.

Which tablets can I use for Mobiliti?

Hundreds of models are supported including these major brands: LG, Motorola, Nokia Samsung, iPad and ZTE. Tablets on a number of different operating systems are supported including, but not limited to, Android, Apple and Windows.

Which mobile service carriers support Mobiliti?

Mobiliti works on all major mobile service carriers in the U.S.: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular® and Verizon Wireless. Mobiliti also works on a number of the smaller service carriers, including but not limited to, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, Pioneer Cellular, Union Wireless and Virgin Mobile USA.

I have a prepaid plan, can I use Mobiliti?

Mobiliti works with most prepaid plans, but we cannot guarantee that your carrier supports standard U.S. short codes. T-Mobile® prepaid does not support short codes.
