Queenstown Bank of Maryland's new E-Sure Banking!

Queenstown Bank is committed to offering our customers the best banking products and services available. Our latest enhancements to Queenstown Bank's Internet Banking service are the latest example of that committment.

Each existing user will need to re-enroll for the new service. You will be prompted to re-enroll and asked to select a User ID and password (this does not need to be the one you use now). Also by selecting 3 security questions/answers, and creating a passphrase to match the security image that is assigned to you at that time, you will complete the enrollment process. If you are an existing Bill Pay user, we will ensure your CheckFree (Queenstown Bank’s billpay vendor) files will be transferred for you so there is no need to recreate your existing biller list or payments.

Simply let us know that you have successfully enrolled in E-Sure Banking by contacting us at ibs@queenstownbank.com or call us at (410) 827–8881, and provide us with your Name and Access ID.  We will do the rest! When you log back in to E-Sure Banking, select your Checking account from the landing page and click the Payments tab. Checkfree will display to you their Privacy statement. Check the box to accept these terms, then click ‘OK’. Your Biller List is ready to go!

Our Business Online customers will be contacted by our Electronic Banking Operations Department and given instructions on the new ACH Manager process.

Upon enrollment you will be offered the opportunity to begin receiving your monthly bank statement electronically, also known as an E-Statement. You are not obligated to participate in this program, but if you want to begin receiving your statement online, simply click on the 'I Agree' button and you will automatically be enrolled in E-Statements. If at any time you decide this is not a feature you wish to continue, contact us and we will change your statement and disclosure delivery back to paper.

The following is your new Terms and Conditions for E-Sure Banking, effective November 7, 2011.
