How do I order a replacement ATM/Debit Card if mine is broken or has stopped working?
Unfortunately, this does happen. When cards get worn, they often crack or become demagnetized. To order a replacement, all you need to do is visit one of our branch locations and fill out a replacement card application. For security reasons, we ask you to do this in person so that we can verify your information to insure that your replacement card is being ordered by you, the cardholder. A replacement card order will arrive in 8 – 10 business days.
What if I forget my PIN?
For your security, PIN information is not kept on file with the bank. In order for us to reissue you a PIN we ask that you please visit one of our branch locations and fill out a replacement PIN application. Once the application is received a new PIN will be sent to you in 8 – 10 business days.
